Detailed below are our targets set for responding to any communications we receive.

Phone Calls

Phone calls will be answered within 10 rings whenever possible. Should insufficient staff be available to take your call within 10 rings, the phone will be answered as timeously as possible.

 

Letters and E-mails

Letters and e-mails will be responded to within 5 working days.

 

Personal Callers

Personal callers will be met by clerical staff on entry to the school.

 

Responding to the enquiry

Enquiries made by telephone or in person will be dealt with, if appropriate, by clerical staff at the first point of contact. If it is not appropriate for the enquiry to be dealt with by clerical staff, a record of the phone call/personal visit and contact details will be passed to an appropriate member of staff immediately. The enquiry will then be responded to within 2 working days.
